January and February weekends
Get four or more families together and we'll open up for a winter weekend. Enjoy all of Earthshine's activities during the beautiful winter months. If you're lucky, maybe we'll have to dig out the sleds and go sailing down our big hills! There's nothing quite like s'mores in front of a campfire in January!

A Mountaintop Easter, (April 10-12, 2009)
Join us on the mountaintop for Easter crafts, a HUGE egg hunt, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. We'll be coating corncobs in peanut butter and birdseed to make treats for the birds and squirrels, decorating eggs and creating our very own recycled egg hunt baskets.

Memorial Day Weekend, (May 22-24, 2009)
HELP! We need volunteers in the Pioneer village. Our sheep are too wooly and we can't get them corralled for the shearer by ourselves. Saturday morning we'll be hard at work making candles, pressing apple cider, spinning wool, blacksmithing, and mining for gems . Come prepared to work hard, get dirty and eat lots.

Fourth of July, (July 3 - 5, 2009)
Old fashioned games in the pasture is the only way to celebrate July 4th. We'll have the slip- n-slide up running for the little tikes. Then we'll finish up the evening with sparklers.

FAMILY REUNIONS AT EARTHSHINE
Why didn't we think of it before!?! Well, the truth is, we have. Earthshine has always been a wonderful place to whisk the whole family away for a weekend or longer away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The kids absolutely forget the DVD player and video games and run in the grass, playing and laughing. When you book the lodge for a reunion, all 13 rooms (41 beds) the zipline, high ropes, pioneer and Cherokee villages and absolutely all our activities are yours to arrange as they fit your family's needs. Share a magical experience with all of your loved ones!
